SoFly releases ‘A Guide to Flight Simulator: Extended Edition’, the missing manual for MSFS
Building upon the original release of ‘A Guide to Flight Simulator’, SoFly released today a new and improved version of this often regarded as the missing manual for MSFS. A Guide to Flight Simulator: Extended Edition includes 350 pages of detailed information about the sim, with SoFly promising regular updates as the simulator evolves.
The original guide filled a gap after the launch Flight Simulator, which didn’t include a user manual. Many simmers found SoFly’s guide to be a fine alternative, with plenty of information to learn everything there is to know about the new Microsoft Flight Simulator and how to get the most out of the simulator. Now, SoFly is launching an Extended Edition of the guide, with over 50 pages of brand new information. Existing owners of the original guide are eligible to upgrade to this new version at a discounted price.
A Guide to Flight Simulator: Extended Edition includes a vast selection of detailed content that goes from expert tips and tricks, to tutorials covering a variety of aircraft, step-by-step lessons, and more. New to the Extended Edition is the inclusion of the ‘Spotlight’ series, which will highlight some of the best add-ons that are coming to MSFS at a regular basis.
Also new is a ‘Discover’ section, which will showcase some stunning locations around the world with detailed information about them. With the entire planet at your feet in Flight Simulator, this should be a great way to discover some of our planet’s most interesting locations.
Not only that, but SoFly also created two new tutorial flights that will show you how to pilot the recently launched Top Rudder Just103Solo and the Icon A5.
After today’s release, SoFly promises to continue to update its guide on a regular basis, keeping up with the development of the sim and introducing new and useful content. Planned updates already include tutorials for some popular aircraft such as Aerosoft’s CRJ, the A32NX from FlyByWire, the Cessna Cj4, among others.
