Watch this first preview video of SimWorks Studios’ newest aircraft, the Van’s RV-10

Following the huge success with the Kodiak 100, in both its wheeled and amphibian variants, SimWorks Studios is now wrapping up its newest aircraft release for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The Van’s RV-10, a four-seater kit airplane, has been in development alongside other projects in the SWS hangar (which include the AirVan, the PC-12, the Dash-7, and now the B-52!) and it’s just about the be released to the masses.

Ahead of that, today we bring you a detailed early-look video, courtesy of YouTuber AvAngel, who offers us the best look yet into this great aircraft!

The video, which you can watch in full below, provides a detailed overview of the aircraft and its features in MSFS. AvAngel shows us the great external and internal models, the detailed textures, the realistic operation, sounds, and even the aircraft’s behavior in flight:

First impressions seem to indicate that SimWorks Studios is once again coming out with a great new airplane for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Their promise of a very accurate 3D model and an authentic flight model created by MrTommyMxr, whose DA62X Improvement Mod is a must-have for fliers of that aircraft, appears to be fulfilled in this first preview. SimWorks Studios claims that its RV-10 should fly just like the real thing, as verified by real pilots who’ve had the chance to test the product.

The SimWorks Studios RV-10 for MSFS is now scheduled for release within a couple of weeks. The price will be extremely enticing, at just around €15.00! Except to see it available through SWS’s own store, alongside other retailers such as Orbx and the Marketplace. As always, we’ll let you know once it’s available!
