What's new this week in the MSFS Marketplace

This week’s Marketplace release rundown is supported by SoFly, creators of STORM, which is now updated with all new Super Cells. Adventure through hurricanes, storms and more. Available on PC and Xbox.

After last week’s absence, the MSFS Marketplace got updated these days with a bunch of new add-ons. It’s the first new batch of products since Sim Update 10 launched and adds a couple of cool new airplanes, a bunch of new livery packs, scenery enhancements, and some quality airports!

We’ve got two new airliners this week, and they could hardly be further apart. The first is LatinVFR’s Airbus A319, a midrange representation of the small modern jetliner, powered by Asobo’s cockpit and systems but with the new external fuselage, sounds, and other tidbits. It’s not the most in-depth thing in the world, but it’s nonetheless a good addition for casual simmers who enjoy the Airbus A320 family.

The other new airliner to hit the Marketplace this week is a totally different affair. It’s the Red Wing L-1049 Super Constellation, originally launched through third-party stores back in November 2021 and now available in the Marketplace… for PC users only.

The Red Wing Constellation remains a work-in-progress aircraft at this moment, but it’s a significantly more complete experience now than when it launched nearly a year ago. Red Wing has continuously brought new features and enhancements to the experience and the “Connie” is now a pretty in-depth simulation of the vintage airliner. For simmers who like the old propliners, the contemporary PMDG DC-6 continues to be the standard to beat.

As always, you will also find a series of new livery packs for airplanes such as the A320, the 747, Grand Caravan, and TBM 930, which are especially useful for Xbox simmers who have nowhere else to get this kind of stuff. PC users can always choose to spend the money… or grab thousands of free repaints from flightsim.to.

In terms of airports, there are a few really nice additions. We’re especially fond of everything //42 does (including the 42BC Bush Plane Campout, and also of iniScene’s work with KSAT, FlyTampa’s Corfu Island, or Northern Sky Studio’s Alaskan sceneries. Check the full list below and don’t forget to find any updates in your Content Manager. Plenty of add-ons have been updated for Sim Update 10 over the last few days!
