Aerosoft Releases Antarctica Vol. 2 – Australian Casey and Skiways for MSFS

Following the release of its first volume, Aerosoft, in collaboration with Limesim, has now released “Antarctica Vol. 2 – Australian Casey and Skiways” for Microsoft Flight Simulator. This second installment continues the exploration of Antarctica, shifting the focus to the Australian Antarctic Casey on the opposite side of the continent.

This expansion offers a detailed representation of Casey Station, complete with buildings and various elements that contribute to a realistic setting. The scenery includes the coastal landscape, featuring penguin colonies and icebergs.

Helicopter pilots will find the terrain challenging yet engaging, with opportunities to navigate through icebergs and explore the detailed base. For those preferring fixed-wing aircraft, the expansion includes two skiways: the Casey Skiway for medium-distance operations and the Wilkins Aerodrome, about 70 kilometers south, which often receive larger aircraft like the A319-115LR and C-17 Globemaster.
