FlyByWire A380 for MSFS: new images released

Missing news about FlyByWire and their highly-anticipated Airbus A380 for Microsoft Flight Simulator? We’ve got some fresh eye candy for you! Four new images of the aircraft were shared on the developer’s Discord channel, offering a new look at the external model of the aircraft, particularly focusing on the engines and the underside, and a glimpse into the A380’s FMS.

The FBW A380 looks undeniably stunning in these new images. Previously, we saw a bit of the EFB, and now the full aircraft is presented in all its glory. The images reveal an overall view of the exterior, the two right engines, and the aircraft’s underbelly. Additionally, an image of the Flight Management System display was also shared.

For those who might need a refresher, the FlyByWire A380 is a highly anticipated addition to Microsoft Flight Simulator. This project, developed as freeware, is certainly one of the most highly anticipated airliners currently in development for the sim. It’s been in development for over three years.

While the latest images don’t reveal much new information, they certainly highlight the impressive visual quality of the aircraft. We eagerly await further updates from FlyByWire on this ambitious project, including the much-anticipated release details.
