Carenado’s airplanes are 30% off in the MSFS Marketplace

Carenado has proved to be one of the most prolific development studios for Microsoft Flight Simulator. They have released a series of high-quality general aviation aircraft, from the very vintage WYMF5 Waco to more modern propositions like the Seneca V. If you’ve been on the fence about purchasing some of these airplanes, now it’s probably the time to take the plunge: all of them are now available on the Marketplace with a 30% discount, the best price we’ve seen so far for these airplanes.

This deal will run for 10 days, until October 24th at 6pm PT, so you have some time to choose wisely. You can always get them all, but some are definitely more interesting than others. The entire list is as follows:

As for recommendations, the C170B is one of our favorites. It’s the most recently released and offers a cool-looking interior and realistic flight dynamics. Other notable mentions are the twin-engined Seneca, the Mooney M20R Ovation, and the unique Waco.

Anything to avoid? Not really, but the CT182T hasn’t exactly been well-reviewed, and the Arrow III, while quite good on its own, is easily excelled by the Just Flight Arrow III (unless you’re really looking to save money and not get the very best that’s available).

On a final note, Carenado should soon launch a new aircraft, the C337 Skymaster, announced not long ago. But for now, enjoy this nice discount on their existing portfolio and take to the skies in some of the best GA airplanes currently available for MSFS.
