Even more “housekeeping” was performed with the new update for the iniBuilds A380 Airliner, version 1.0.7. We’ve been seeing many fixes, improvements and additions to the big airliner, showing the team’s commitment to continuously refining the experience. But, according to iniBuilds themselves, this new update is also based on the valuable feedback provided by users.
This latest update is a short list of fixes and improvements to the aircraft’s systems, art and Electronic Flight Bag. It follows version 1.0.6, which fixed the ECON speed, the gear doors and that repetitive taxi rumble just last week, and you can follow every update since launch on our iniBuilds A380 hub page.
The biggest fix here addresses an RTO that was being triggered during takeoff, which has now been resolved. It also addresses the “Seatbelt” and “No Mobile” signs being swapped in the cabin when lit up, and the timing of the beacon and strobe lights has been corrected too. The team has also decided to remove the native RAAS options from the Electronic Flight Bag entirely, with the objective of improving performance. Finally, a boot time simulation option was added to the EFB, so if you enable it, you will have to wait a short moment after turning it on before using it.

Changelog – iniBuilds A380 Airliner V1.0.7

The iniBuilds A380 Airliner version 1.0.7 is now available for PC via Microsoft’s in-game Marketplace. As always, if you have it installed, make sure you pick any other airplane, then choose to update it via “My Library”. If it’s streamed, no further action is needed, and the next time it’s loaded, it will already be up to date.
Just a heads-up from the team to Xbox users. iniBuilds says this specific console version will receive an update next week that will include the items from both version 1.0.7 and the upcoming version 1.0.8. So, hang in there, console people. This is also a friendly announcement that we will soon have (at least) one more update for the A380, of course.
