SoFly announces Cabin Announcement Pro for MSFS

This upcoming new add-on from SoFly will introduce realistic cabin crew interactions in Microsoft Flight Simulator.

SoFly took the opportunity during this year’s FlightSimExpo to announce a new add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The creators of other add-ons like EcoSoundScapes, Animals, and Weather Preset Pro are now looking to enhance in-flight immersion with Cabin Announcement Pro. This new product aims to enrich the simming experience by introducing realistic cabin crew interactions.

Cabin Announcement Pro features a comprehensive library of voice clips, covering various stages of a flight. From pre-departure briefings and safety demonstrations to in-flight announcements and passenger interactions, the add-on seeks to create a more immersive environment.

The product boasts a diverse range of voice sets with regional variations, potentially reflecting the chosen airline for a more authentic experience. The official trailer video provides a glimpse into some of the voices users will be able to hear with this add-on.

Additionally, SoFly highlights the inclusion of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency scenarios, requiring user input for a more interactive experience.

According to SoFly’s official announcement, Cabin Announcement Pro will be available for a one-time purchase, eliminating the need for recurring subscription fees. The specific price point remains undisclosed.

Another recently announced add-on, Cabby, will employ a similar strategy, offering an optional subscription package that includes additional features.

SoFly’s Cabin Announcement Pro is expected to launch later in 2024 for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and, eventually, MSFS 2024 as well, on both PC and Xbox. As usual, we’ll share more details with you once they become available. Stay tuned!
