A new business jet and a STOL powerhouse are this week's Marketplace highlights

PC and Xbox simmers looking for great new airplanes to fly in the MSFS Marketplace are in luck this week with the release of two particularly interesting products. The C510 Mustang, a business jet developed by Cockspur, and the Wilga 35/80 Series, from Got Friends, were launched this week in the Marketplace after being available through third-party stores for a while.

These may be two different airplanes that cater to very specific interests, but they are both worthy of your attention. As a business jet, the Mustang is one of the handful of good airplanes available in the category, featuring a detailed model, realistic flight dynamics, and an overall very interesting feature set that is now coming, via the Marketplace, to an Xbox console near you.

As for the Got Friends Wilga, it’s one of our favorite airplanes yet in Microsoft Flight Simulator. It’s an incredibly-capable STOL airplane that was rendered for MSFS with true passion by the Got Friends team, who offer us a very comprehensive package with a wide variety of configurations. A must-have if you enjoy bush flying and one of the best choices to explore the scenery.

In other releases, Xbox users can now have access to Captain Sim’s controversial C-130.s It’s a beautiful rendition of the famous military transport, but only from the outside, as Captain Sim didn’t think it was worth adding a cockpit to this plane… A shame. Still, there may be some fun to be found with this product if you’re the kind of user who flies only in third-person view…
