At long last, Milviz has finally released today its highly awaited simulation of the Cessna 310. The twin-engined classic is now available for Microsoft Flight Simulator in a very comprehensive package, which is set to raise the bar in the sim with some unique features.
Milviz hopes to provide a unique experience to MSFS simmers, with a highly realistic and customizable product that virtual pilots can really make their own. The 310R for MSFS is a brand new re-recreation of a beloved Milviz product, now brought to the modern age with all the bells and whistles you can expect from a new airplane in MSFS.
We’ve had the chance to try the 310R beforehand and discovered an impressively detailed and immersive package, with high levels of polish across all aspects. There’s a lot to like in this package, from the beautiful visuals and sounds to the realistic flight model and simulation of all aircraft systems. See our early impressions here:
Milviz is bringing the 310 to Microsoft Flight Simulator with many options. An EFB located in the cockpit enables the customization of the experience to user preference, including individualization and “ownership” options, which basically set how much “state-saving” there is in each aircraft (including a “rental” option where you won’t know how the previous pilots left the airplane).
The Milviz 310R is full of features waiting to be discovered, with plenty of surprises. Make sure to take good care of this bird (and each livery counts as a specific airplane!), or face some serious consequences that will have you fighting for your virtual life!
Pilots looking to customize the navigation experience will appreciate wide support for avionics options, including several default Garmin panels and, more importantly, native support for the excellent GTN750 solutions from PMS50 and TDS.
The Milviz 310R is now available for Microsoft Flight Simulator, priced at $39.99.
