Miltech Simulations has announced an ambitious roadmap for 2025, revealing a packed schedule of updates and releases for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. The highlight of the announcement is the debut of the new Miltech Fighters series, starting with the Dassault Mirage 2000C, a highly regarded fourth-generation multirole jet fighter.
Miltech Fighters #1: Introducing the Mirage 2000C “Spectre”
The first entry in the Miltech Fighters series is the M2K-C “Spectre,” modeled after the iconic Dassault Mirage 2000C. This single-engine, delta-wing jet fighter is known for its versatility, sleek aerodynamic design, and impressive combat capabilities. The Mirage 2000C, originally developed by Dassault Aviation in the late 1970s, remains an integral part of many air forces around the world, including those of France, India, and the UAE.
The M2K-C in Miltech Simulations’ upcoming release will seek to capture the essence of the real-world aircraft. It will include a variety of liveries and realistic systems, alongside the introduction of an unrevealed weapon system. The release is expected in January 2025 and will also feature two new sceneries and an update to an existing one.
The aircraft’s showcase trailer reveals a nearly complete product with detailed visuals, several customization options for liveries, and an intriguing preview of the new weapon launch system.
