FSDreamTeam has released version 3.7.6 of GSX Pro, and while “point updates” often fly under the radar, this one includes a specific piece of equipment that adds a bit of modernism to ground operations in MSFS. The headline feature is the introduction of the Mototok, a driverless, electric remote-controlled tug that is becoming increasingly common at major international airports.
High-tech pushback
For those unfamiliar with ground ops evolution, the Mototok is a compact, powerful tug often used to maneuver aircraft in tight spaces where traditional towbars or massive tow trucks are cumbersome. It’s famously used at British Airways’ Terminal 5 at Heathrow, among other hubs.
FSDT has modeled two variants: the 8600M (for aircraft up to 80 tons/150k lbs, like the A320 or 737) and the Spacer 200 for heavier widebodies.
However, there is a catch that profile creators need to be aware of: the Mototok will never appear automatically. FSDT has designed this as an “opt-in” feature to preserve realism. You won’t randomly see a high-tech electric tug at a rural airfield in the 1980s. It must be explicitly selected in the airport customization page under the “Pushback Type” field. This means we likely won’t see these in action until community creators update their airport profiles, or users manually customize their favorite parking spots.
Cabin immersion for the latest wide body aircraft
Beyond the new tug, this update focuses on expanding the “Seated Passengers” feature, which populates the cabin with 3D humans. Support has now been officially added for two recent heavyweights: the TFDi MD-11 and the iniBuilds A340-300 (specifically the passenger variant; the VIP version is coming later).
For simmers who enjoy the view from the wing or the cabin during boarding, this officially closes the gap for two of the most popular long-haulers currently in the simulator.

QoL and Installer fixes
The update also addresses a minor but persistent annoyance regarding the pushback walker. Previously, depending on the aircraft’s height or cockpit shape, the ground crew member holding the bypass pin might be obscured from view during the final salute. The new update uses internal profile data based on the cockpit eyepoint to ensure the operator is always visible when giving the “all clear” signal.
Finally, the FSDT Installer has received a significant overhaul. It now features a new download method with better progress reporting and smarter handling of “ghost” Community folders that might exist from previous installations or multiple user accounts.
Full Changelog (Version 3.7.6)
- GSX Pro NEW: New Pushback service: the Mototok, a driverless electric tug that is operated by remote control. Available in two variants: the 8600M for airplanes up to 80t/150k lbs of weight, and the Spacer 200, for heavier airplanes.
- GSX Pro NEW: Airport customization page now has an option for Mototok in the “Pushback Type” field. The Mototok is never used automatically, so it must be specified explicitly by the airport profile.
- GSX Pro NEW: If a parking spot has set the Pushback type to “Mototok”, the Airport 2D Map will show a special icon to indicate that.
- GSX Pro NEW: Added Seated Passengers support for the TFDi MD-11.
- GSX Pro NEW: Added Seated Passengers support for the iniBuilds A340 Passengers version (VIP version will be supported in a future update).
- GSX Pro NEW: All airplanes with an internal profile now include data based on the eyepoint and cockpit geometry to ensure the Pushback operator would always be visible from the cockpit when performing the bypass-pin check and salute.
- GSX (FSX/P3D) NEW: Added the “Show me this spot” feature from the MSFS version which was missing in FSX/P3D.
- GSX (all versions) Change: Pushback operator walking path improved.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: Additional minor fixes related to .NET libraries causing a crash in CRL.DLL at exit.
- GSX Pro Fix: Aerosoft CRJ-550 not correctly recognized.
- GSX Pro Fix: Passenger boarding sounds always starting at high volume if the cockpit door is closed at the start of the session.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: Opening the planned destination airport on the map before calling any service would cause operators and voices to be selected from destination.
- GSX (FSX/P3D) Fix: Missing progressive taxiway turn indicator object.
- FSDT Installer New: Several improvements in the installer, with more feedback performing longer operations. New download method with a better progress report.
- FSDT Installer New: If more than a Community folder is found (usually due to remnants of previous installation or multiple users account), the user will be presented with a list to select the correct one.
- FSDT Installer New: Activation would work even if the user running the simulator doesn’t have the same privileges as the user running the installer (always the admin, to create Symbolic links).
- FSDT KIAH Fix: AI models from FSLTL pack used as static are now injected with their simulation disabled, which in some cases caused side-effects on the user airplane with some PMDG products.
