It’s showtime again! FlightSimExpo 2025 takes place this weekend (June 27–29), and the usual mix of real pilots, simmers, developers, and content creators are descending upon Providence, Rhode Island, for what’s become a staple in the annual sim calendar.
The event officially begins on Friday, June 27, with #FSExpoFriday, a live series of product reveals, updates, and presentations from key players in the flight sim ecosystem. It’s free to watch, even if you’re not attending the show. Just head over to youtube.com/flightsimexpo at 1:00pm EDT and catch the stream.
Among the highlights: a behind-the-scenes tour of Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport for in-person attendees, hosted by iniBuilds, who have also released a brand-new scenery of the airport for MSFS 2024. The scenery includes a digital replica of the actual Exhibit Hall.
Also happening Friday evening: VATSIM’s “FNO Into FSExpo” event, which will bring live air traffic control directly from the show floor, allowing simmers to fly into Providence and become part of the experience.
The Exhibit Hall opens on Saturday at 9am EDT. Expect more than 75 interactive booths, presentation stages, hands-on hardware demos, community meetups, and developer Q&As. The show runs through Sunday at 3pm, with Saturday being the busiest day. Check out the full schedule here!
For those new to the event, FlightSimExpo is a fantastic event for all flight simulation fans. Expect workshops on home cockpit building, developer panels, and plenty of chances to meet the teams behind some of the most-used add-ons in the sim.
In addition to the free Friday broadcast, simmers can purchase FlightSimExpo Online for $15, which unlocks ad-free access to:

- A live walk-through of the Exhibit Hall

FSA co-founder Evan Reiter says the online ticket is “the next best thing to being at the show,” and a way to support the event’s growth.
A glimpse into 2026
Before things wrap up on Sunday, there will be one final surprise: an update about FlightSimExpo 2026. It may be a location reveal—or something entirely different—so tune in at 2:30pm EDT on June 29, once again streamed live on YouTube.
