Carenado has announced its next aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024: the Beechcraft Bonanza F33A. The announcement was brief—just a single sentence and a batch of screenshots—but it confirms that the aircraft is “coming soon” to the in-sim Marketplace.
The Bonanza F33A is a well-known name in general aviation circles, often associated with its straightforward handling and utility as a personal and business aircraft. This marks the model’s debut in MSFS 2024, though Carenado has developed previous versions of the F33A for other simulators over the years, including FSX, P3D, and X-Plane.
The new version appears to be built from the ground up for the updated platform, with visuals that reflect MSFS 2024’s improved rendering and lighting. The images shared by Carenado highlight a variety of liveries, a detailed cockpit with analog instrumentation, and what appears to be support for dual GPS units, likely with compatibility for third-party GTN750 mods. An animated engine cowling and a fully modeled engine bay are also visible in the promotional shots.
As with all Carenado aircraft for MSFS, the F33A will be released exclusively through the in-sim Marketplace, making it available to both PC and Xbox users.
Carenado has built a reputation for highly polished aircraft that prioritize visual fidelity. The Bonanza F33A seems to follow this same direction, with an emphasis on exterior modeling, detailed textures, and a generally accessible flying experience.
