It’s almost here! A2A shares feature list and stunning screenshots of its Accu-Sim Comanche 250 for MSFS

It sounds almost unreal, but A2A Simulations is indeed about to release its first aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator, the Comanche 250. Nearly 3 years since the release of MSFS, A2A is quite a bit late to the party but it seems to be getting ready to storm the platform with aplomb. That’s what we saw on the fantastic early preview from last month, and it’s further cemented by today’s release of a comprehensive and frankly very impressive feature list of the aircraft. And to go along with that, a bunch of gorgeous 4K screenshots that dispel any doubts some might have had about the visual nature of the package!

Breathtaking visuals aren’t all that A2A has in store for MSFS users. The accompanying list of features is as impressive as the visuals, hinting at an immersive flight simulation experience like no other. A2A has pulled out all the stops, unveiling a broad range of dynamic and immersive features that will push the boundaries of the MSFS experience!

Starting with the core, the Comanche 250 employs a brand-new external aerodynamics engine designed with Accu-Sim 2.0 ‘Merlin’ technology. This sophisticated engine, coupled with the fact that A2A’s performance accuracy is based on many years of operating their own Comanche 250, N6229P, should guarantee an unparalleled level of realism in aircraft handling and behavior.

The visual experience has also received significant attention. Expect beautifully rendered external and internal modelling, dynamic aircraft registration decals, and advanced animations. The night lighting implementation is sure to be an eye-catcher, featuring a multi-purpose dimmable and directable Type C-4A cockpit light, among other options.

A2A’s commitment to authentic flight experience extends to the intricate custom-coded Narco avionics stack, Century NSD-360A HSI with custom needle-smoothing physics, and an advanced simulation of the S-TEC System 30 two-axis autopilot. Moreover, the aircraft features customizable integration of MSFS default/Working Title GNS 430W and 530W GPS units and support for PMS GTN 750 and TDS GTN 750Xi.
