Microsoft and Asobo will be at FlightSimExpo 2023!

Microsoft has officially announced that they will be soaring into FlightSimExpo 2023 in Houston, Texas! Representatives from both Microsoft and Asobo Studio will be in attendance: Jorg Neumann from Microsoft and Sebastian Wloch from Asobo have confirmed their participation in the event.
This news was revealed in the latest MSFS Developer Stream (where World Update 13: Oceania was also announced) with Evan from Flight Simulation Association joining the team to make the announcement.
While exact plans are still up in the air, Jorg revealed that they have a spacious area reserved for the event. He also hinted during the live stream that there will be some kind of announcement during the event, likely related to a new update or add-on release for Microsoft Flight Simulator (a new Local Legend maybe?).
Jorg also shared an idea that is floating around about inviting some developers that have been working closely with Microsoft. These may include Hans Hartmann (who is working on the ATR 42/72), Oliver Moser (who did the Dornier Do J Way), or Fernando Herrera (from Carenado).
Microsoft and Asobo will join the ranks of over 50 other exhibitors who have already confirmed their presence at the show. Among these confirmed exhibitors and sponsors are PMDG, Orbx, Just Flight, SimMarket, Honeycomb, Thrustmaster, and many more esteemed names in the industry.
FlightSimExpo will be held from June 23-25, 2023, in Houston, Texas. Don’t miss your chance to attend one of the most exciting flight simulation events ever! Register now at www.flightsimexpo.com.
