The Embraer EMB 110 Bandeirante is now available for MSFS

Well, that didn’t take long. Just a few days after the first previews and the announcement for an approaching release, NextGen Simulations released today their Embraer EMB 110 Bandeirante for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The Bandeirante is a popular Brazilian twin-turboprop, which has been used since its introduction in the ’60s for both military and civilian purposes, in a wide variety of applications.

NextGen Simulations is promising an aircraft with a good “look-and-feel”, albeit with some limitations. Apparently, there’s a simplified implementation of the airplane’s systems, which also make use of the default Garmin avionics. In any case, there’s currently not much variety to the twin-turboprop category in MSFS, so this is a welcome addition to the growing aircraft hangar in the sim.

Below you can find further details about the release, including the variants and different liveries available. The Embraer EMB 110 Bandeirante from NextGen Simulations is now available through SimMarket for a somewhat hefty 36€ (around $43).
