SayIntentions’ voice control for GSX is now open to every subscriber

The voice control feature went from partner-only to a subscriber-wide rollout in under a week, though the company admits that the work isn't finished.

When SayIntentions.AI announced AI Uplink for GSX last week, it was only for Partner Program members. General availability for Premium subscribers would follow at some unspecified point, once, in the company’s words, it had held up under real-world flying.

It took less than a week for SayIntentions to feel confident about a wider release. They have now announced that AI Uplink for GSX is now open to all subscribers, moving out of the Partner Program preview and into the hands of anyone paying for the service.

The division of labour between the two products stays the same. GSX still performs the physical work on the ramp, the tug, the stairs, the catering truck, the fuel bowser and the animations that go with them. SayIntentions supplies the conversational intelligence that interprets what you’re asking for and drives GSX accordingly. You ask for catering, stairs, lavatory service, GPU or fuel in plain English, in the same way you’d talk to an AI controller. “Ground, connect the jetway” or “request refuel” is all it takes, with no menu navigation and no memorised phrasing.

For anyone who would rather tap than talk, PocketSky carries a full set of Ground Service Request buttons covering the same actions.

The announcement describes availability for all subscribers. SayIntentions’ pricing page lists AI Uplink for GSX under the Premium and Professional tiers, with the one-time Entourage package marked as not included. Premium currently sits at $15.83 per month when billed annually, working out at roughly $190 a year.

You’ll also need GSX itself for the full experience, though SayIntentions’ own standalone Ground Services still handles pushback and jetways without it.

The two products have overlapping audiences and complementary strengths, and this integration turns one into the interface for the other. Whether that becomes the standard way people run a turnaround will depend on how reliable the interpretation proves over hundreds of real flights. Six days of partner testing is not a long runway, so the community is effectively the next test group. If you want to try it, SayIntentions offers a 24-hour full Premium trial with no card required.
