Orbx is out today with four(!) Norwegian airports for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, bringing ENTO Sandefjord, ENNO Notodden, ENAL Ålesund Vigra, and ENML Molde to the platform. All four products are available now, and existing owners can move between the 2020 and 2024 versions at no extra cost through Orbx Central.
The releases continue the studio’s ongoing focus on Norway, with developer Finn Hansen leading all of these updated projects. Each airport has been rebuilt or upgraded for MSFS 2024 with new PBR texturing, refined modelling, and performance improvements that take advantage of the updated sim engine.
ENTO Sandefjord Airport
Sandefjord Torp is one of Norway’s busiest regional hubs, serving low-cost and charter operators such as Wizz Air, KLM, Ryanair, and Widerøe. The airport is home to the European Helicopter Center and the Pilot Flight Academy, along with local maintenance hangars and the Sandefjord flying club.

Orbx’s scenery includes interior modelling, 4K PBR texturing, custom cars, unique GSE, and terraforming work around the nearby hillside. The developer states the scenery was built from the ground up for MSFS, with attention to performance and airport-specific details.
Price: Approximately USD $16.95, €14.62, £12.89
ENNO Notodden Airport
Notodden Airport arrives as a complete upgrade of Orbx’s earlier release, now covering both the airfield and the surrounding town. The scenery features updated high-resolution textures, full PBR materials, and several off-airport landmarks.

The airport sits in a valley by Heddalsvannet and is often used for local VFR flights. It also includes a docking area for amphibious aircraft and one of its most unusual characteristics: a road crossing directly across runway 12. Orbx has recreated this feature in detail, along with the terminal restaurant commonly referenced in local pilot culture.
Price: Approximately USD $12.24, €10.56, £9.30
ENAL Ålesund Vigra Airport
Located on Norway’s west coast, Ålesund Vigra serves a mix of scheduled and charter traffic from across Europe. This version builds on the recent P3D release and introduces new PBR textures, a sloped runway, custom weather-dependent ground surfaces, and detailed terraforming.

Orbx includes 15 cm aerial imagery, custom vehicles and boats, the Subsea 7 North Sea Spoolbase, the Giske Bridge, and several POI outside the airport boundary. The studio notes that the airport has been optimized for performance in MSFS 2024.
Price: Approximately USD $16.00, €13.80, £12.16
ENML Molde Airport
Molde Airport sits along the Moldefjord, with the runway only about three meters above sea level. Orbx’s scenery features detailed terminal interiors, comprehensive PBR textures, custom GSE, and general aviation static aircraft with real Norwegian liveries.

To improve the area beyond the airport, Orbx added 40 square kilometers of 50 cm ortho imagery, replacing default coverage. The airport supports short flights to several regional destinations including Trondheim, Sogndal, Sandane, Bergen, Oslo, and Gdansk.
Price: Approximately USD $16.95, €14.62, £12.89
With these four releases, Orbx expands its Norwegian catalog for MSFS 2024. All products include free upgrade paths for simmers moving between the 2020 and 2024 editions. They also arrive as native builds for MSFS 2024, with refreshed visuals and performance improvements across the board.
