SayIntentions.AI has announced a change to its pricing structure that reverses a recent increase and sets a new, lower standard rate for all users.
According to the company, a newly negotiated large scale vendor agreement has reduced infrastructure and AI provider costs. As a result, SayIntentions.AI is introducing a revised subscription price of 18.95 USD per month, which is lower than both the previously announced 23.95 USD and the long standing 19.95 USD plan.
The new pricing takes effect immediately for new and existing customers.
Credits and adjustments for existing customers
SayIntentions.AI states that all users who were recently billed at 23.95 USD will automatically receive an account credit for the difference relative to the new 18.95 USD price. Customers who prefer a direct refund instead of credit are instructed to contact the company’s billing support.
For annual subscribers, the company says that all accounts will receive a pro rated credit based on the new rate for the remaining duration of their subscription. The adjustment is applied automatically, with credits expected to appear by 14 November.
SayIntentions.AI reiterates in the announcement that no action is required from customers. The updated pricing is set as a standard rate and is not presented as a limited time promotion. The company also restates its commitment to pass on any future cost reductions to subscribers.
The new $18.95 monthly plan is available now on the official SayIntentions.AI website, where new users can also try the service free for 24 hours.
