With the release window for the Boeing 777-200ER now just days away, PMDG has unveiled an official trailer video showcasing its first aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
Produced by AviatorCro, the video offers a detailed look at the 777-200ER in action, highlighting the aircraft’s choice of Rolls-Royce, General Electric, and Pratt & Whitney engines—each built with its own unique mathematical, sound, and performance models. It’s a glimpse of the depth PMDG is aiming for with its latest project, as the team wraps up final preparations for launch.
The 777-200ER will be PMDG’s first native MSFS 2024 product, but it remains fully compatible with MSFS 2020 as well. A single purchase from PMDG’s website will grant access to both versions through the PMDG Operations Center. Marketplace availability will follow after the initial release.
Following the latest update from Robert Randazzo, the 777-200ER is expected to roll out between April 29 and May 1, with an announcement planned the day before release.
If you’ve been waiting to stretch your wings across the globe in long-haul operations, it looks like your aircraft is just about ready. In the meantime, settle in and enjoy the trailer above!
