FlightSimExpo 2025 is in motion! The Flight Simulation Association (FSA) has pulled the curtain on the first round of confirmed exhibitors heading to Providence, Rhode Island this summer. More than 60 developers, hardware makers, and community groups are on the list—ranging from household names in the sim world to some intriguing newcomers and crossover exhibitors from combat and racing simulation.
If you’re planning to be there from June 27–29, you might want to start thinking about hotel reservations. This year’s event takes place at the Rhode Island Convention Center and looks set to be one of the most eclectic and ambitious editions of FSExpo yet.
Some of the industry’s biggest players are already locked in. Navigraph, Orbx, and PMDG lead the charge as Diamond+ sponsors. They’re joined by fellow heavyweights like iniBuilds, FeelThere, X-Plane, and Honeycomb Aeronautical. In terms of hardware, WINWING, Thrustmaster, and Meridian GMT (the new company led by former Honeycomb co-founder Nicki Repenning) are among the notable exhibitors.
OnAir Airline Manager, SimFab, Parallel 42, and SKALARKI electronics Ltd round out a strong showing of Diamond sponsors, while an extensive list of Gold and Platinum sponsors covers a wide range of niches—from software and avionics to virtual airlines and flight training platforms.
The full exhibitor list is available on the FlightSimExpo website. But don’t be surprised if it grows even more in the coming weeks. FSA is keeping exhibitor registration open until May 30, so there’s plenty of time for new names to be added.
Evan Reiter, co-founder of FSA, cited survey data showing that more than half of flight simmers are also active in other forms of simulation. That insight is reflected in the return—and expansion—of “The Track,” a sim racing competition zone. Sponsored by Advanced Flight Controls and Advanced SimRacing, it’s designed to give attendees a hands-on intro to sim racing, with a chance to compete for prizes.
Big Friday reveals incoming
The Friday of FSExpo has traditionally been the scene for new product reveals and exclusive previews, and 2025 will be no different. This year’s reveal lineup includes scheduled announcements from Altimeter Motives, Contrail, FSS, SoFly, VA Systems, and SayIntentions.AI, among others. Now that Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 has been in simmers’ hands for several months, this will be one of the first major opportunities for developers to showcase new products built specifically for the new platform—or updates to existing ones.
Book early, fly cheaper
Registration for FSExpo 2025 is already open at flightsimexpo.com, where attendees can also find deals on airfare, rental cars, and hotel rooms. Delta, Southwest, and United are offering discounted fares for the event, and hotel blocks are expected to fill up quickly.
For developers still on the fence, exhibitor spots remain open for a few more weeks.
