The Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Technical Alpha is now live, and content creators are already streaming their first experiences with the new sim. This early build, which is focused on gathering feedback for Microsoft’s online services, is being shared through live streams where users can get a firsthand look at features such as career mode, discovery flights, and challenges.
While the technical alpha is limited in scope—lacking multiplayer, marketplace access, and full aircraft options—it offers a glimpse into the next-gen features of the sim. The technical alpha will end on Monday, October 14th at 12:00 AM PDT (0700 UTC), but right now, anyone can tune into live streams to see the action unfold.
Check out some of the live streams showcasing the technical alpha below. We’ll be adding more throughout the day, so stay tuned to this page!
Microsoft has also announced that additional waves of invites will roll out later today and over the weekend, so more participants will have the chance to join. If you’re eager to see what’s in store for the 2024 edition, these live streams are a great way to preview some of the simulator’s upcoming innovations!
