BRsimDesigns has announced the development of an Embraer EMB 121 Xingu for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

BRsimDesigns has previously released aircraft for MSFS including the Bonanza Debonair 35 and ERCO Ercoupe 415C.

The 121 Xingu was introduced in 1977, and is currently in active service with the French air force.

The aircraft has a range of over 750 miles, with 106 produced.

Posting on the MSFS forum, BRsimDesigns said: “This addon has been in development for over a year now, and there is no expected release date due to some mental health issues that prevent me from working regularly.

“There’s still a lot to be done, fixed, and tested before the release.”

Several preview images were shared, showing a detailed cockpit, weather radar, and what appears to be a custom flight tablet.
