Exhibitor and Sponsor Registration Now Open for FlightSimExpo 2021

Initially scheduled for June, the event will now take place in September, in San Diego.

FlightSimExpo, North America’s largest flight simulation conference, is now accepting registration for exhibitors and sponsors looking to participate in the upcoming September 24-26 event, in San Diego.

The conference, which was initially scheduled for June, was delayed some months due to the ongoing pandemic situation around the globe. The organization is now confident that the in-person event can safely take place in September, but will still offer an online registration so people can still participate if traveling to California doesn’t seem to be feasible once the time arrives.

As of today, May 5th, attendees from all around the world can register to participate in the event, with single-day fees beginning at $25. Prospective sponsors and exhibitors can now also signup for the conference. Exhibiting starts at $500, while sponsorship packages include a free promotional video in partnership with AviationLads and the option to host a virtual exhibit booth for remote attendees. Sponsor and exhibitor registrations are available until August 20, but the organization encourages those interested in participating to register as soon as possible.

The organizers will publish regular updates about who’s attending this year’s in-person event, so that there’s complete transparency with the community. That way, anyone will be able to see whether the exhibitors they are most interested in seeing will be attending the event.

MSFS Addons is proud to be a Media Partner of this year’s FlightSimExpo, and we will be in San Diego between September 24-26 to let you know all about the latest and greatest projects from the developers and other exhibitors in the conference!
