IndiaFoxtEcho shares new Eurofighter Typhoon development update, still targeting a November release

IndiaFoxtEcho has shared a fresh development update on its Eurofighter Typhoon for Microsoft Flight Simulator, confirming steady progress and reiterating hopes for a release before the end of November.
The developer posted a detailed status breakdown and said the aircraft is “in a very good shape.” While there is still no firm release date, IndiaFoxtEcho stated that the goal remains to launch before the end of the month, repeating the familiar mantra: “it is ready when it is ready.”
According to today’s update, the Eurofighter’s external model is nearly complete, with work on weapon pylons and accessories still underway. The cockpit model is complete, and the aircraft’s flight model has been tested by real-world Eurofighter pilots.
Systems development also appears to be in an advanced phase. IndiaFoxtEcho says vehicle systems and avionics are “pretty much complete,” describing a feature set primarily based on the Tranche 1 aircraft with select Tranche 3 functionality included, along with minor adjustments for gameplay considerations. Mission systems remain in development, as the team evaluates options for additional features and accuracy.
Echo 19 Audio is currently producing the sound set for the aircraft.
The screenshots shared today were captured in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, although IndiaFoxtEcho noted the package will be compiled in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 format.

This new update follows the studio’s previous communication in mid-October, when it first suggested a November release window after an extended period of limited public news. At the time, the team said internal testing was progressing and real-world Eurofighter pilots were already providing feedback.
IndiaFoxtEcho has been working on the Eurofighter Typhoon for more than 18 months. It will be the studio’s next release, with other ongoing projects, including the F-16A in partnership with Heatblur Simulations, continuing separately. The F-16A remains planned for Q1 2026.
As always, we’ll continue to follow progress closely. If the current trajectory holds, we may see the Eurofighter arrive within the next few weeks!
