FlightSimExpo, one of the world’s largest dedicated flight simulation conferences and tradeshows, is poised to make a grand return to Las Vegas from June 21-23, 2024. If you want to reserve your spot, now is the time to act: registration is officially open!
Early Bird Specials and Exclusive Discounts
In a bid to reward the flight simulation community’s most enthusiastic members, FlightSimExpo introduced an exclusive offer for the first 200 FSA members who register for the event. These quickly sold out today! These early registrants had the chance to secure a three-day event pass for a mere $50, a significant saving over the standard rates.
There are still great discounts available though: just sign up to become an FSA member and you’ll have access to discounted pricing (10% discount for First Officers, 20% discount for Captains). Rates increase to $90 on March 1.
Non-member pricing for the full event, spanning Friday to Sunday, is set to start at $80. Additionally, Weekend or Online-Only options are also available, catering to a broad range of preferences within the community.
Enhanced Experience for Attendees
Those attending FlightSimExpo in person will enjoy a comprehensive package, including full access to the show, all seminars, a complimentary drink at the Welcome Reception on Friday evening, and access to post-event seminar recordings.
Travel Arrangements and Accommodations
Attendees are encouraged to plan their travel arrangements promptly. The event has secured a discounted room rate at the Tropicana Las Vegas, which is already more than 60% booked. As the room block fills, prices are expected to rise, underscoring the importance of early booking. Additional details regarding travel, including airfare and rental car discounts, can be found on the event’s official website.
Opportunities for Sponsors and Exhibitors
FlightSimExpo extends a warm invitation to software developers, hardware vendors, communities, and other organizations involved in flight simulation to participate as sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers. The event promises significant exposure, with each exhibit booth equipped with furnishings, internet, electricity, and event passes. Speaking slots are available free of charge, offering a platform for industry leaders to share insights and innovations.
2024 Schedule and Exhibitor Updates
Slated to be held at the Tropicana Las Vegas, FlightSimExpo 2024 is set to feature product reveals, exhibits, VR and training demonstrations, and educational seminars from prominent figures in the home flight simulation community. An initial list of sponsors and exhibitors is expected to be announced in March 2024.
