France VFR releases LFSB Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg Airport, a gateway to France, Switzerland, and Germany

France VFR has released a new European airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg EuroAirport, a unique airport managed by both France and Switzerland, is now available and comes with a very affordable price tag!

LFSB Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg airport is part of the developer’s upcoming Airports France Pack 3, which is itself part of a series that aims to model around 30 of the most famous and frequently visited commercial airports in France. These packs are designed to offer mixed IFR/VFR airports with high-quality visual rendering and realism, while maintaining attractive prices through bundle packages. France VFR also offers some of these airports in standalone releases.

This new airport features high-resolution ground textures, detailed ground markings, and photo-realistic 3D buildings specific to the airport. Vegetation on the airport and surrounding areas has been reworked, and realistic night lighting has been added. The sloped runway at LFSB has also been reworked to provide a more accurate experience for MSFS simmers.
