Burning Blue Design releases EGHF Solent Airfield for MSFS

Another month, another release from Burning Blue Design! The prolific studio continues to put out nice-looking UK airfields for Microsoft Flight Simulator, an impressive feat considering that they’ve been doing it this year on a nearly monthly basis. This time, Burning Blue Design (BBD) offers MSFS simmers the chance to visit a highly-detailed rendition of Solent Airfield (EGHF), on the south coast of England.

Solent Airfield began its history over 100 years ago as a naval seaplane training school. Eventually, it became a site for hovercraft trials, developing a rich history with these machines that led to the creation of a museum that currently hosts the largest hovercraft collection in the world!

Nowadays, Solent Airport is a busy civilian airfield that’s home to a flight school, the HM Coastguard Search and Rescue, and Spitfires.com.
