Axonos releases Jackson Hole Airport for MSFS, a stunning spot in the Grand Tetons

Looking for a gorgeous new place to fly this weekend? Look no further than the freshly released JKAC Jackson Hole Airport, made available today for Flight Simulator by Axonos. The developers have previously released Perth Airport for MSFS, and have now shifted their attention to one of the most scenic airports in the world.

Jackson Hole is the only commercial airport in the US that is entirely located in a national park. This premise allows for some absolutely stunning vistas when departing the airport or coming for a landing. The Grand Tetons are just beside it overlooking the entire valley.

KJAC is visited by commercial airliners and also general aviation pilots and is especially popular with tourists and wealthy folks, so you can expect to see a wide variety of airplanes here. Jackson Hole airport is notoriously difficult to fly into at times, due to the relatively short runway, high altitude, and the proximity to the Tetons. These factors, combined with the seasonal weather changes, can pose a serious challenge for keen pilots!

Axonos promises to have taken full advantage of the modern rendering capabilities of MSFS in order to provide a high-quality recreation of this stunning airport. Here you will find high-resolution textures, custom vehicles specific to KJAC, plenty of static aircraft, custom landscaping, and more.

Axonos’ Jackson Hole (KJAC) is now available for MSFS.
